Here is a shortened version of KRS-One’s Stop the Violence track. The full version will be featuring 55 emcees from all over (shouts to Torae, Sha, etc!). This one features Busta Rhymes, The Game, Red & Meth, David Banner, Rakaa (Iriscience), Talib Kweli & some more. Not sure how I feel about the high-hypocrisy that floods through this record as The Game, etc made their career off of violent talk, BUT I do appreciate and see what they are doing. High fives all around.

So I wake up today and I have the NoDJ version of the Criminal Minded 2008 track I posted last night in my inbox. Kris and Premo re-worked the classic for an upcoming Smirnoff project. Not wanting to just post one track in this post, I figured I’d include a few other things. KRS along with 50+ artists (from The Game, Chamillionaire, Cassidy, etc) got together to record a tracks (Self Construction) in light of the Stop the Violence Movement. Check for a preview below. Also, I dropped a few tracks off his upcoming album, Adventures in Emceein. You’ll notice Nas as a feature, don’t get too excited. It’s more like a “feature” haha. The track is hot though…
