HipHopAtLunch met up with Mick Boogie in his Brooklyn neighborhood, to hear about the process behind his projects, touch on the continued success of his Motivation clothing store, and his views on Twitter.

Now before some of you start going at my neck. Yes, I know this is old (hence the “late pass” stamp on the image above) but somehow it snuck past me. Which is odd, being as how I’m a huge Chilli Peppers fan. Either way… this project definitely needs some shine at the dopehouse. And after a brief email convo with dude, another project is already in the works. In which OnCue, Mick Boogie & Terry Urban will be flipping indie/electro joints like Tegan & Sara, Postal Service, Grizzly Bear, Tracy Chapman and more. Definitely something to look out for.
