As some may know, the unreleased MCA album from Dilla Dog is hopefully coming to see the light of day, tentively titled Pay Jay. The concept is dope, Dilla wanted to make an album rapping over his favorite producers’ beats. We dropped the Kanye produced track earlier, now here is a track by Pete Rock. We also wanted to drop a track that’s gonna be the jump off that’s been out for quite some time, produced by Nottz.

The title might be a little deceiving. Not really though. According to Kanye, he made the beat in 2001 for Hova when they were having sample clearance issues with Takeover. So what do you guys think? Better than Takeover? I’m glad Dilla hopped on this. I meant to post this a few days ago but somehow forgot (wtf?!) so I’ll drop an extra gem on ya’ll (which I hi-jacked from the homie khal).
