So OcTo (the unnoficial dopeboy at large) hit me with an link to this. Now that Nas isn’t running with Nigger as the title, the previous artwork that was spread across the internets shouldn’t be used. This right here is the supposed new artwork. Waiting on complete confirmation but it def fits the subject matter (that I’m hoping will be on the album). What ya’ll think? So it looks like Esco went back on his word (again) and will no longer be going with the title Nigger for his upcoming LP. Gee, like we all didn’t see that coming. I know I thought it, I know eskay thought it. What about all this “I’m gonna fight it. I’m at a big enough status that I can drop this. Who cares if some stores ban it.” talk?

According to EW.com, a Def Jam representative has confirmed that Nas will no longer be naming his upcoming project Nigger. Instead, Nasir Jones will opt for a less controversial title: Nas. – HipHopDX

Both Nas (Nas) and G-Unit (Terminate on Sight) are dropping July 1st. Who are you copping?

I first caught wind of Danny! with his release of Charm a few years back, which ironically was announced to be his last album. Luckily, events occurred and Danny Swain didn’t retire. With a new LP on the way, the 24-year old emcee/producer releases a 12″ that has Guess Who’s Back featuring Naledge (of Kidz in the Hall) and a b-side Do You. Be on the lookout for the next single featuring the ever-so-dope Von Pea (of Tanya Morgan) in a few days and the And I Love H.E.R. LP later this year!
