Loud.com catches up with The Ghost while at the Fruits of Life Juicebar promoting self health! Perfect post to make, considering I just got back from the gym haha.

Shake’s latest update is that the Emergency Room visit was “as much of help as LeBron’s supporting cast this series against Orlando”. There wasn’t as much pain as before but the bleeding was a cause for concern to him. This morning he went to his ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) Specialist and he diagnosed the issue as a ruptured eardrum. I’m not completlely aware of what that means for his overall health but he said to expect him back later today. We shall see.

Now that my expedient update on Shake is complete I’ll start going through the immense amount of emails he has forwarded me. There were a few regarding Method Man & Redman so I included them in one single post. The above video is Red & Meth on Loud.com for their Favorites segment. Loud.com caught up with Term at Sutra during his If Heaven Were a Mile Away mixtape release party a few weeks back. Term speaks on the process of putting the tape together, how he came into possession of so many Dilla instrumentals (like it’s that hard), touring for 2 months with Red & Meth and internet beef.

On set of Scram Jones’ Yes We Can video shoot Loud catches up with Sai-gitty and he airs out his thoughts on the new rappers. Not feeling anyone except Jay Electronica? Hmm… atleast he gave props to him. He also goes in about Joe Budden, Letter to Saigon, and says its war (on wax) which will then lead to him beating Joey up on sight.

This edition of Loud Favorites was actually filmed awhile back when ESSO stopped through the SRC offices, but for whatever reason… the segment didn’t get out until now. Either way its Ethousand9 and ESSO has a lot planned. Check as he talks about the project, mixtapes, blogs, collaborating with most of the XXL Freshman and how difficult it can be when it’s time to part ways with management. Part 2 after the jump…

Tor just shot over this new track that will be featured on the upcoming Loud.com Presents… Get LOUD mixtape. It came with a little message (Bar for bar I’m assassinating niggas this year!!!) and after listening to this track I full heartedly believe. Damn…
