As promised, I figured I would start the Gym Class posting with a quite rare joint that was on GCH’s independent album, Hed Candy. Oh you didn’t know about that one did you? Haha, all jokes… this might surprise some as it has a more rock based sound. But since Shake gets down with that, it’s very enjoyable.
