Why is it when I don’t go to these dope acts pop up, but when I did go there was some YT, Black Snake Moan lookin’ bro and some chick that was singing some wild random shit about “fuck me pumps” (no Amy Winehouse) or something instead? iQuit.

Up top is Black Thought performing his cut off Jay $tay Paid, while down bottom you can catch the Juice Crew’s Craig G, M.O.P. and Q-Tip, and some bonus footage of The Rebel Yell working in the studio with the Roots crew.

A decorated rap battle Champion, Craig G was inducted into the Shady / Aftermath fold to pen lyrics for emcees battling Eminem in the movie 8 Mile. Craig G talks about befriending since deceased legendary D-12 rapper Proof on the 8 Mile set along with how his ghostwriting parlayed into a job composing lyrics for 50 Cent in his semi-autobiographical film, Get Rich Or Die Tryin.
