Episode #2 celebrates Jamaica’s global emissary of struggle & unity: the great Bob Marley. Weaving Marley’s life story with K’NAAN’s own story of struggle, J.Period remixes iconic tracks like “Shot the Sheriff,” “Stir It Up,” and “Belly Full,” plus Wailers rarities and early Marley recordings. Also features fellow Toronto all-star MC Kardinal Offishall, Steele (Smif’N'Wessun), Sierra Leone’s Bajah (Dry Eye Crew) & Netic the Rebel (Game Rebellion)!

  4. fela’s was super dope as i imagine this is as well – k’naan defintely carries the pan-african/diaspora torch that these two lit up.
    what i’m really interested in seeing is how they pull the dylan joint off. no one has really done a hip hop dylan tribute (or even a song) but the “relationships lay” has me hecka excited.
