Bobby Creekwater – The Day I Got Dropped

Considering the topic of the record, it’s only right I bring back the above image. The official single off Bobby Creek’s upcoming EP, The Day It All Made Sense, which is scheduled to (actually) drop on August 31st.

  1. lol how many tracks are there about being dropped form shady/aftermath now..?

  2. god they had such a fucking power house of MCs…

  3. Damn. Every time I think of Aftermath, I think “What THE FUCK is going on over there?”

  4. is that the new D12??? lol

  5. whos the white guy next to yayo

  6. ^^ its Alchemist…

  7. Why they didn’t put all those MCs out back when it was possible to make money with rap? I mean back in 2006 just after the Re-Up they should have put out Obie (3rd LP), Stat and Bobby. I guess now most of them careers are done. 80% of their target group will download instead of buying their LPs and blog, twitter etc. how dope the Albums are. Only problem is: You can’t eat props…..

  8. “You can’t eat props…..”

    chur

  9. Don’t tell me this guy is going to start with the bi-polar dissing of his former label now. Swallow ya fucking pride, sack up, and move the fuck on. Don’t moan like a little bitch when you get dropped from a label you used to rep for.

  10. Homie ain’t moaning !! He’s just speaking about what alot of so called fans are talking about in their spare time. See when you see a label like Aftermath/Shady, you expect heat to come from them because of the founders and your respect for their music. So, if an artist don’t produce a debut, you would automatically assume it had something to do with the artist, not the label. Sad but true !! Being that we are wiser now, we know when a label is fucking up.

  11. Hot track nonetheless !! Shady could’ve had a monster roster of talent but that’s what happens when a emcee wants to play CEO. You put yourself first.

  12. In response to Jay Daniels…

You obviously didn’t listen to the lyrics. Creek isn’t dissing anyone. He is simply stating that since most people assume instead of realy knowing what happened, that in order for him to have got dropped, that ALL of the things he was rapping about would have to happen!
