Don’t jump all over me but can someone tell me what the big deal is about this chick? Aside from this tape, her shit seems like standard-stock “neo-soul.” I’m just kinda nitpickin’ cuz I’m “neo-soul guy” if anyone is but it just seems like there’s a million singers that are way better. Again, nothing personal against her & I’m glad to have her music but it seems like she’s gotten an extra-big push out of nowhere. I already know the answer to my question but I wanted to see what other people had to say about her.

Do you love her regular album (not this Roots-assisted one)? Maybe I need to go back to it but, if u like this, I can put u onto a thousand better albums in the same vein.
But Clint Partie, what is the problem with that though? I read you said “She has got a big push out of nowhere”. Isn’t that what we want for hard working artists?
It seems like when people are pretty good, but nobodies, folks will be like “She is pretty dope. I hope someone who can help her excel notices”.
Then, when someone DOES, people be like “What is the big fuss about this artist”.
I wish success for everyone striving for it. Congrats to Melanie Fiona for being one of the newest artists to gain it.
Yeah, not tryin’ to hate on her, I just think there’s a whole bunch of better artists out there that aren’t getting the love. Here’s a few that y’all should check out: Liv Warfield, Ragen Fykes, Brittany Bosco, Jesse Boykins, Aqueel, Muhsinah (my personal fave of the moment), Sy Smith, N’Dambi, Teisha Marie, Toni Hill, etc. I tend to think that Melanie Fiona’s getting so much love based on her looks & the novelty factor that she’s from Guyana or whatever.

if you use winrar you are able to repair the file by first opening it and the press alt+r……..
so all ? will be erased
