2. Jay, whether you think he’s washed up or not, is one of the greatest in hip-hop. He started trendz, he added money, cars, clothes into the big phenom it was in the early 2000’s. He has dropped 3 classic albums: Reasonable Doubt(1996), Blueprint(2001), and the Black Album(2003). He has done songs with Biggie and yes he has used Biggie lines to pay homage. (Look at “What More Can I Say” song) A lot of people do that. People recycle dope phrases lines. Lil Wayne does it, Game does it, a lot of hip-hop rappers do it. Out of respect. Hov helped Nas revive his career twice. One after Nastradamus had people really doubting him and after Street’s Disciple. He comes hard (no homo) almost every record, regardless if you or me or if the world likes it. If you want to compare jay’s songs, lyrics compared to what’s in the mainstream, it definitely is better than 95percent of it.
If you want to say Jay-Z sucks that’s your opinion but there’s no need to go into depth about, seriously. Hip-Hop was based off of love, collaborations, and making authentic, creative, timeless music, which is what EVERY artist should do. Whether Game, Hov, or even soulja boy.

4. Game’s first two albums were hot. Really hot. The third one was a bit different but still solid. He has a good beginning career and should try to elevate it. Period.
5. Now to talk about the actual record… The beat is definitely dope. I don’t particulary like game’s flow but a lot of his metaphors are on point. I wouldn’t really call this a diss record because he only puts a couple bars here and there about Jay.
A real diss record is like “Ether”-Nas or “Checkmate”-Jadakiss where EVERY BAR is a hard hitting lyrical assualt on the artist they are attacking.
With that said one diss record can’t end anybody’s career either.
