KiD CuDi stopped by Tim Westwood to talk shop and spit some lines over a house beat (anyone know who it belongs to?), Jadakiss’ Who’s Real and Cafe’s Hottest in the Hood. Shouts to TS on the freestyle audio rippage. Interview will come shortly I believe, but I’m heading out for the evening…

Agreed AK, when I think of Cudi off the dome I think of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSMsMzQHe1I myself along with your link.
Whatever happened to the finished version of Sky Might Fall that he was gonna drop? That shit was fuckin months ago when he was bullshitting about “Oh, I’m almost finished with the final version of Sky Might Fall, it’s coming soon…” lying ass mufucka.
oh fuck, cudi killed this shit…his flows are crazy.
@ Benny Bianco
calm down lol…he really was aiming to release it the same day as Transformers but it wasn’t mastered by then. it should come soon.
mr overrated like heeeeell
damn right dude is overated, nigga say drake is overated and is true but at least drake can rap, cudi sucks
cudi > drake all day
dude had the jeezy in the background…ill
in terms of natural talent cudi > drake, but drake puts in a lot of work in polishing every song he makes though it doesn’t come as easy to him as to cudi.
the beat is Hard house banton – funky sirens its a UK funky house beat.
Cup theres an interview with this too. grab it off my page if u want to add it in the post I don’t feel like emailing it

Why do people always get into saying Drake is overrated or wack on unrelated posts?
Both are dope in their own rights. Drake rapping off that blackberry is a move that’s going to mess with him the rest of his career…lol
But Cudi smashed this. He just blacked out and did it. That’s the best way to do it. But see, when people do this, people still be lame and say “Oh, that was wack…or it wasn’t even that good”.
Seems like a lose-lose.
But hey, whatever-lever
Fire
If you think and listen to Cudi b4 Drake you have extreme poor taste because Cudi rhyming skills are at his very best are average. Dude got good ideas at times but he can’t rap for shit!
Dudu this shit was dudu!!!!!!!!!!1
i can really appreciate this because i can honestly say of all artists, i don’t think i’ve ever heard kid cudi spit a written verses when you guys posts something that says “FREESTYLE”
he literally comes off the top everytime no matter how it sounds, and it often sounds a lot better when people just don’t give a fuck
that first house track cudi goes over is – ‘Hard House Banton- sirens’ fam.

I love Cudi, easily my fav rapper at the moment. He seems like a pretty cool guy. I like Drake but I feel that his hype is bigger than his talent.

I like Drake but I feel that his hype is bigger than his talent.
^^^ agreed.
cudi has his own style of rapping, you can’t compare him to Drake. Where Drake can be considered more of the power house rapper, while cudi is that chill rapper that just leaves you laid back, at least imo.
i will say though, if you havent heard spazzin or daps and pounds, those stuff show that cudi’s not that bad. this freestyle was definitely a freestyle lmao. and i enjoy his way of rapping, so i like it
This was ok. Never gotten into Cudi’s style. Drake is definitely more talented from a versatility standpoint.
Drake = Above average rapping & average singing
Cudi = Average rapping & weak singing
Drake is getting the “overrated” and “overhyped” label simply because of who he’s associated with. Guaranteed if he wasn’t associated with Wayne and Young Money, ya’ll wouldn’t be saying that.
^^^
