Dungeon Family’s VIBE Cover Shoot (Video)

In what was supposed to be a surprise 2 part editorial with the Dungeon Family, with VIBE shutting it’s doors. It looks like we might only get part 1. Shitty…

Of course I wanted to find out more of what was going on and since I saw that the homie Spree Wilson was actually down there I hit him up to see what was up… When I got in contact with him he told me they was wrapping up and headed over to Stankonia which was right across the street from me. He also told me that he is super cool with Linda Hobbs, the writer of the story, that he was the only person allowed to record at the site and scored some Flip cam footage of the photoshoot and spoke to everybody (except Andre 3000) and wanted to give to me to put on the site.

  2. THATS whasup-i miss the “the year of the DF” when they used to drop project after project-hopefully they start soon with the 3 outkast albums and mix it up with goodie mob-its good to see cee lo back with the crew also

    only thing missin is my dude coolbreeze-he needs to drop a sophomore project cuz his “epgh” was prolly one of my fav DF albums

  3. Gaah, why is Andre 3000 always so lo-key. He’s the only one not interviewed here. I kinda guessed that would happen. W/e I just really hope they start making some music real soon!

  4. This so amazing….. I remembered when Linda Hobbs called me and asked”What do you think if i did a Dungeon Fam Story? I know a lot of people have done them before” and I told her that no one else can do it like she would because of her special talent as a writer/reporter… so to see this come alive and all the work she did to get everyone together is nothing less than spek-Tak-U_Lar..any future DF projects that come out should recognize Linda Hobbs for getting the DF back together again…

  10. This article is HORRIBLE!!!!! People always dig for dirt and by pass the accomplishments…Dungeon put Altanta and the South on the map…handz down!!! This article does a poor job on introducing Dungeon to a new generation. No one wonder Vibe is sinking!!!
