No, rapping is more than putting a couple metaphors together. Maybe FREESTYLING and BATTLING arent anything more than that, but actual songs have to have things called consepts/themes, imagery, meaning.
Any dumb fuck whos gone through middle school english can rhyme a couple metaphors and similes.
And its just as bad when a rapper has nothing to talk about, but the same tired ass shit in every song, so sorry if I actully like to appreciate music thats not disposable.

well when all your songs have to do with “Im in/from the hood”, “I got money”, and “Im Ill because I can string a couple metaphors together”, the songs start to blend into one long boring song.
