Fresh off the release of the song and video for You’re My Life; J.A.M.E.S. Watts is back with the second installment of his Re-Fix series.
A radical departure from the first, which found me rapping over Jay-Z’s classic Dead Presidents instrumental, this time I’ve decided to give the “Re-Fix” treatment to Kanye West’s Amazing from the 808s & Heartbreaks LP. Granted, though ‘Ye killed a lot of these beats vocally, there’s no question that more than one of those tracks have been begging to be laced with a solid 16 bars.
