Proud to say I bought Relpase and Back on my BS and it feels good. These are the first albums I’ve bought in over a year and I noticed the quality on the CD’s is a little better than all the stuff I download. Also it’s nice to just have the real version of an album.

So far “Street Hop”, “Free Agent”, “The Salvation” & Brother Ali’s upcoming album are the only albums I’m planning to get.

How is Blackout wak come on man. This isn’t a Red & Meth vs. Em issue etc. I heard Relapse and wasn’t impressed. I’m tight w/ my money these days so I’d rather purchase something I like. A lot of people here said they didn’t purchase Em’s album (or whatever scenario). Somehow me not wanting to buy it rubs you the wrong way. Don’t let me not wanting to buy his album mislead you. I like Em’s music but not this album.

I think part of my interpretation of ya mssg was of on 1 point. Oh when you said “Bullshit” or “Relaspe” I take it you meant Busta’s album? So Meth & Red was irrelevant I take it. However, I did mean the rest in the comment. Actually, Busta’s album was not better overall but the songs that did stand out I felt more than Em’s stronger songs. To me both albums were cliche vintage material but the vibe was better on Busta’s album and the lyrics were better on Em’s. To be real I might not get either. Maybe down the line in the future but not now.

I’m not getting defensive. I’m just saying that you must be smoking some strong shit to make you want to buy Busta’s Bullshit over Relapse. I don’t care if you don’t buy either 1. Em’s going platinum either way. Your just 1 of very few not buying the album. Back On My Bullshit was the correct name, it was straight bullshit. Yeah, he had 2, maybe 3 joints on the album that was good but the rest was weak, wack, forced, wrong beat, autotune, wrong artist replacement, beat change up, etc. I made my own Back On My Bullshit album last night. I gotta finish putting the tracks in the order I want and I’m good.
Next album I’ll buy will be that new Bone Thugs or dead prez shit. Any word on Blueprint 3?

Bought Blackout’s 10th Anniversary Collection (same as Shake mine was crazy scratched I threw it away what seems like years ago & never replaced it) @ Best Buy & Relapse.
Put Busta’s disc back on the shelf – I listened to some of it on iTunes and wasn’t excited about B.O.M.BS. I do have a few of Busta’s new CDs just wasn’t into this one. I bought the last one, and the one with “truck music” & “Break ya neck.” Busta’s normally pretty dope, I’m not hatin’ – just wasn’t feeling this one.

Gees I didn’t say I hated Relapse and/or Em. I’m just being honest with no preconceived notions, malice or hate towards Em & his albums. I’ve listened to Em since the Sway and Tech days, the days when Future Flavas radio use to play his stuff and other outlets and I’ve been particular with some of the songs he’s made even then to now. So my preference in tracks shouldn’t matter. It has nothing to do with how long (being “back to his crazy self again”) I’ve listened to Em or not. I like some stuff of his and I dislike some stuff. I buy what I like, down to my fav mc’s to avg mc’s. Em is legendary just not liking the album no hate.

If thats how u feel then fair enough homie…i’m not jus defending Em 4 the sake of it, i jus think on this record, he remembered how 2 rhyme properly again. I weren’t really a fan of Encore, or the other shit he put out after that. I even heard a track he did with Stat Quo & i was like, damn Em u fell off hard homie! I was surprised with Relapse coz he came correct on every track, wordplay was incredible! Thats why i find it crazy how an Em fan ( like u say u are ) wouldn’t like this album…each 2 there own i suppose, some people like Drake & i cant stand his shit! Jus a matter of taste then hey…

Got Shady’s And Busta’s albums. Shady’s was a letdown. Busta’s.. I didn’t expect much, but 4-5 tracks was dope. I wanna cop the Blackout, and i’m a big fan of Meth and Red, but I ain’t been hearin good reviews.
