Today started off pretty meh, but it’s shaping up nicely. At the moment I’m currently running through P.O.S. upcoming album, Never Better. And this came into my hands after I got these demo tracks from smokeyyy. Blur frontman Damon Albarn (aka 2D of Gorillaz) was appeared as a guest DJ on BBC’s Radio 1 yesterday. Not one to come empty handed, Albarn blessed the radio waves with three demo versions of tracks from the upcoming Gorillaz LP. This March the band group will be travelling to Syria to finish the album. Very dope.

Albarn usually lays it down and then another producer comes in and adds a twist (i.e Dan The Automator, Dangermouse) but there hasnt been a word yet on any producers tapped for this one. So Damon might be producing it alone.
As for monkey, that was all Albarn. Its the score to the opera him and Jamie did. Not bad, reminds me alot of Gorillaz and The Good The Bad and Queen, with chinese vocals. It has that bobby digital intro skit sound.

s’all good man, im still waiting on that to ship out. im fiendin for it but once its release im sure its gonna be another classic. As for Gorillaz, Broken is the best demo released, the others got some nice beats to it but i need to hear more on the track than drums and samples.
only one i’m really feelin’ is broken .
