And while I’m happy to be able to help the cause I’m also more than a little bit excited about getting a chance to make something for the likes of Jay-Z and Kanye. Good. Could have done a lot more with the words from the song tho. instead of just using “brooklyn” over and over again, actually used words from the verses Jay spit. Youtube “Typography Family Guy” and you’ll see what I’m refering to.

Some of you are Fucking Idiots….The simplicity of this is quite clever. Big and Jay are the quintessential Brooklyn emcees and have built their image around it arguably since they started raping. This is obviously a nod to a song they did together back in the day called Brooklyn’s finest. What better way to illustrate that they are Brooklyn? Jayhova is still untouchable and it’s good to hear it. I was waiting for the “Big Pimpin” days to be over so he could be honest with himself & fans again. I guess when you first cut an advance check that’s what your life is all about. The video was hot - the artsy ambience goes along well with the rich production on this track.
