ESSO – Goin’ Off

ESSO just shot off this brand new track in which I’ll let him explain how it came about…

I got a homie of mine that wants to get into production, and he’s sent me a bunch of shit, but he never really sent me a joint that flat out grabbed me and made me write to it. And I’m honest enough with him to let him know that. So he hits me up on AIM the other day after I told him about this project that I’m working on for the top of the year (I’m always working on something), and he sent me over a couple tracks. The joint I ended up recording to sounded like it should have been on the score to Shaft or The Mack or some shit, some real slick talking theme music…So I did what I do to it bein the slick talkin individual that I am…hahahaha – ESSO
