These dudes were in Charlotte about 1-2 weeks ago. I remember seeing Treach and Vinny out side the hotel.You know how you see a rapper, and they could be the gangsterous (is that even a word?) niggas in the world, but they like 5′2, a buck and some change? that’s not the case with these dudes. they embody that early 90’s, east-coast, steal your triple fat goose and take box-cutter to your face, grimey hip hop. with all this yung berg and officer ross fuckery going on today, i really miss that shit……
and i was nine when “Hip Hop Hooray” dropped. i don’t know if that’s sayin much about mee, but that’s speaking volumes for the state of hip hop.
