So the third mixtape in Charles Hamilton’s Hamiltonization Process is here folks! eskay gets the honors of premiering it while your favorite dopeboyz on the internets got next. This time around though, Charles brings along the Demevolist Music Group which consists of Sonic & Knuckles (Charles Hamilton & Sha-leik), HchO (aka Forbes), Show Tufli (aka TRL), Yung Nate (aka Mugshot), J Means (Swiss aka Jason), I.S.A.   18. Charles Hamilton’s “Staff Development” is definitely a step up from the other two mix tapes he’s released in the past weeks. Hamilton Shows his range in creating contemporary Hip Hop music. He can definitely relate to a crowd that may not listen to Hip-Hop, especially today. At the giving us what we want, Great lyrics and Hot Beats. The Dood is nice. Keep it up and cant wait til the mix tapes drop.
