blogging/writers and hip hop nerds alike created these stereo types..because they have so much free time ..so they just sit back anaylyze each thing to every snare to every pair of nike airs…so they label each thing….
it mostly was started from the suburban rich white kids who sit on there expenisve computers and have no problems and struggle so they worry about such and such samples and clothing articles..
back in the day…niggas from the hood was only hip hop so no matter what type of music niggas made it was ALL HOOD!
tribe called quest was STREET SHIT…and Rakim was STREET SHIT….G RAP was STREET SHIT…evrything was street shit and the consumers were on some street shit…now its worldwide and mostly suburban white kids with blogs/chat groups/writers created all the unecessary discussion and debates
if you see a thread on okp or ughh about snares and samples or clothing..its usually rich white kids with rich parents…
