  1. I know it’s not exactly related to this post but the real father of Bristol’s baby spook up on YouTube.

  2. *spook=spoke
    typo

  3. what a shit head. how does this man believe his own lies!

    i couldn’t live with myself if i was o’reilly

  4. Did Bill-O really just blame the recession on immigrants? And call Barack’s plan socialism? This cat cannot be for real. Fair and balanced, yet when his pockets might get a little lighter the shit hits the fan.

  5. there is no way this interview is gonna be aired in its entirety… they gotta be cutting this ish up

    smh at “lively intrusions”

  6. haha AND he called him “robbin hood obama”

  7. How is taking money from the rich and giving it to the poor NOT socialism? As a matter of fact, most of the “change” Obama runs on is from a socialist view:

    -Universal health care
-Bigger earned income tax credit for the working poor
    -Free college tuition
-Universal 401Ks: Government matches 401Ks only in the low/middle class
    -Subsidized public housing

    The list goes on.

Is it wrong to bust your ass and work hard so you can keep your money for yourself? Apparently Obama thinks so.

Socialism will not work in this country and most of these proposals won’t fly with Congress. Obama just tells people what they want to hear so he can get votes. He’s making shit up as he goes. My 2 cents.

  8. papa bear is the playing the devils advocate for real issues, pointing out problems with some of what barak obama has put forth. but lets be honest, this is a campaig, no politician does exactly what they say their going to do when their out for votes, i am sure that barak obama will handle each issue he faces (hopefully he faces that is) with inteligence, just look at any interview with him, he is so inteligent. he understands where o’riley is coming from, but you know that he could adress these sensitivities better than o riley just based on his intelligence. compare him to mccane and pallin and its a no brainer who is going to be better for the economy, both rich and poor when you look at things is a long term perspective

  9. Diggin’ these posts [||]

  10. Unbelievable how Obama has so many people actually wanting to live in His Majesty’s Socialist “Utopia”! I agree with you, M.! I’ve never seen so many people willing to give up their right to work and earn, and yes, keep what they work so hard for.
The Democrats have forever been all about “handouts” for those who don’t want to work. There are many people who truly are unable to work, and for those people I do not mind my tax dollars helping to provide their families housing, food, etc.. But I’ll never understand the logic behind the programs which continue to provide, enable, and encourage a lifestyle of laziness, with complete disregard for those Americans whose tax dollars are being used to fund them.
Why on earth would anyone who works for a living, or has any self-respect want Obama to be America’s next president. My 2 cents.

  11. - I second M! Yes Barak is very intelligent and he and McCain have several great “CHANGES” for america, but as said by Mr. M….. Do you really think Congress will let any of these socialism ideas pass into law? No! Of course universal health care and free tuition sound great, but it evens out the TAXES you’re supposedly not paying. Obama taxes the rich, and middle class gets taxed less on COMMON taxes, but we also must pay additional taxes on new benefits. Say like the Brits who have socialism and pay 500 US in disposal taxes (street cleaning, garbage, sewage) alone. As for everyone thinking we are in a recession…. GROW UP and read a history book. We are no where near what it was like when the stock market crashed in the 20’s and 30’s. I dont back Bush, but we are at a 19% economy growth, and YES the 10 MILLION mostly ILLEGAL immigrants screw the national average consumption. Ask your self this…… if you worked hard for what you have( it could be anything – house, car, job, college, hell even that WORK on the corner) would you wanna give up 20-40% of it to someone who didnt?

    Dont just follow……learn!

  12. Here’s a question: Can anyone name me one specific accomplishment of Obama?

If there’s one thing that pisses me off, it’s people who are uninformed when it comes to elections and vote specifically on looks and attributes with no clue where they stand on the issues. “Obama is a great speaker, I’ll vote for him.”

  13. Wow, leave it to O’Reilly to blame the wages on immigration. While I agree that immigration takes a toll, where I’m from a huge number of those work in agriculture. Last time I checked the Republican party works for the farmers and gives them tax breaks, etc. Are we turning a blind eye there? I would say so…

Greed has gotten us where we are today. The incomes have grown for people not like you and me, but the top 1%. Unless you guys above me posting are raking in $250,000-300,000+ in income, I honestly can’t see why you vote for a man who does not care about you, nor knows what its like to be in your shoes financially. Yes, businesses small and big have been able to take advantage of some loopholes (even I have benefitted greatly), and thus have gained. I’m willing to see that go away so I can see growth of the people in my neighborhood, however. Again, all I’ve seen above is “me,me,me.” Yes, I work for my cheese too, so if a homeless dude asks me for cheese he ain’t gettin none. But get out in your community, go outside of your little social circle and see who’s been hit. You’ll see good people strugglin… So you’re telling me you would like a higher unemployment rate, and that usually equates to more violence and crime, as I’ve witnessed in my city (I’m also a teacher)?

Obama going on the O’Reilly show was bold, and O’Reilly is not smart enough to hang with that man. You won’t see McCain and Palin pullin that kind of interview, because they’d get ate up for lunch on their sideways policies that have not worked the last 8 years.

I believe there’s a time for supply-side economics, but the stimulus has not stimulated anything but more debt, and higher unemployment. Under Reagan, he did some good, but in the hood we saw crack rock and baseheads take down the middle-lower class. It’s happening today as well… We need to think about our moves, not just make moves based on crazy ideals. Voting based off of fear, and cheatin in polls ain’t gonna work this time around.

  14. And what specifically has McCain done? Besides be a “maverick.” Funny how a man who was despised by his own party is all of a sudden gettin rode. Sorry, but yes, I would like my president to be intelligent. To me, intelligence can trump experience at times. In this case, especially. It’s not 1960, it’s 2008. We need new thinking. None of these two candidates will bring huge “change,” however things need to be evened out. I’m out in the community trying to make this place a better place to live for everyone… are you?

  15. ^^
John McCain was on O’Reilly in May ‘08, and I guarantee you’ll see Palin on there before the election. Obama dodged O’Reilly for months and conveniently set up an interview the day of McCain’s speech during the RNC.

  16. i think it’s funny when people come on here and say, “come on, what has barack obama even done? name one accomplishment.” to them, i say why don’t you research the man like most of us have and see for yourself. people don’t support him simply because he’s a great public speaker. there are a myriad of reasons, whether it’s his ethics reform legislation or his work with dick lugar. stop acting as if those who support the man don’t know any better. educate yourselves a bit.

  17. gdg

  18. It’s obviouse “M” & “Dee” are ONE and the SAME PERSON. Just check out the sentence structure, suntax and even punctuation mistakes, it’s all the same in the different comments, lol!

I’m convinced he’s got to be some Republican sympathizer trolling the Internet trying to pass himself up as some HipHop head sharing his negative opinion on Obama & making it seem like it’s a bunch of people who think alike. Get the Heck Outta Here, hehe!!!
What has the Republican party, which you so much adore accomplished over the past 8 years?
And why are you so afraid of Change, mister?

You talk of Dems giving handouts to those unable to secure employment while Reps have sent thousands of jobs abroad and literally killed the treasury and raped our pockets by starting senseless, inhuman wars for which we will pay for hundreds of years? C’mon get real “M”, “Dee” or whatever you want to call yourself after my comment!

You’re acting like the economy is not hurting, like lack of healthcare is a choice many people are comfortable with. Don’t know which planet you live on but you better wake up & smell the coffee…If the election is fair & square, them Reps will get the stepping in November. You stole it twice, the 3rd time you may not be that lucky!

  19. I meant syntax, that’s an unfortunate typo. Just in case “M/Dee squared times four” decides to avoid the real issues as usual and tags on that one thing. We know their ways, we’ve seen it on O’Reilly & ‘em.

  20. Am I the only one who found it funny when O’Reilly said:
    “War on Terror, come on.”

  21. I understand the arguments from proponents who support and oppose Obama’s plan. The feeling of outrage from the prospective of individuals who work very hard and earn an income within a range that attracts much higher taxes is justified. I understand the views that Obama’s plan supports and encourages laziness. But the reality is, not everyone is lazy. There are those who are genuinely trying and really cannot get anywhere and there are those who are just worthless good for nothings. For the ones genuinely struggling, I do not mind making the sacrifice. If we are going to espouse the view that others needs to work as hard as us and achieve success, then we need to at least provide them with the opportunity to do so. It is no secret that persons with a college education earn more money. If that be the case, why not pave the way by making it a little easier for persons willing to work hard and attain some measure of success. I am by no means advocating that they be given handouts, I am promulgating, however, that government re-access its modus operandi and take the necessary steps to lower tuition fees so as to facilitate affordable college education for the average struggling american. In closing, for those of you who strongly criticize Obama’s plan, if you were on the receiving ends, and things were really really difficult for you, would you be just as critical, or would you see Obama as a God sent? Remember everything you have today, can be gone tomorrow. Don’t believe me, look at the lives of those who are victims of natural disaster or incurable illness.

  22. Good post Donna…

We campaign in poetry, govern in prose.

  23. Can’t wait to see how he handles the likes of the Rev Wright and Tony Rezko and William Ayers.
It’s not that America aint ready for a black prez. we’re just not ready for THIS black prez.

  24. Why do Republicans/rich people act like taxes are a form of punishment? By that rationale, we shouldn’t even have a government at all.

The bottom line for taxes is spending (literally), and no administration in history has gotten us more into the red than this Republican one.

Don’t whine about being punished with taxes if you’re willing to turn a blind eye to the Republicans’ flagrant fiscal irresponsibility. Money in, money out. You want less taxes? Insist on less spending. Izzat simple enuf fer ya? SERVED!

  25. How is taking money from the rich and giving it to the poor NOT socialism? As a matter of fact, most of the “change” Obama runs on is from a socialist view:
