When I spotted this over at nation’s spot, it reminded me of when I met Jay myself: real down-to-Earth, chilling in the crowd.   3. Jay’s a cool dude, at the TALIB/NAS show in Montreal, I stayed behind the venue after the show and got ILLMATIC signed by NASIR himself.

    Then Jay came out and we chilled for about 30 minutes.

  4. im assuming you mean “best up-and-coming” rapper out of the south, because outkast has had the crown for a while, and keeps it.

    jay electronica is a fucking savage though. one of my favorite rising emcess alongside blu. i was really pissed off when i went to rock the bells here in miami, and they didnt come through with his performance.
