Everybody loves to mention Barack’s “lack of experience”.
George W. Bush was governor of Texas for four years, and that idiot has screwed this country up beyond all repair. Eisenhower, Grant, Andrew Jackson and George Washington NEVER held political office before they became President.
The bottom line is many Americans have a superiority complex, and they’re racist. Which means not only are they afraid for black people to make progress, but they are even more afraid to see black people SUCCEED. They know that to see black people succeed invalidates all their cherished notions, and exposes them as the hate filled, worthless idiots they really are. So I say, Go Barack! Prove these haters wrong, so we can get them out of the way, and turn this thing around.

Every one is entitled to their own opinion, actual a few thing that you stated I agree with, but just because Obama isnt down for drilling in America I dont think that he should be to blame for high gas prices, which McCain is trying to blame him for or atleast put it on him. Please dont insult my intelligence Im not voting for Obama because he is a black man, Im voting for him because of what he stand for and I agree with a few things that he would like to re arrange or change. Before Obama wont the democratic vote trust me I was all for Hilary but Clinton is no longer in the race, its not even about being a democrat because Im an independent. Ever since McCain stated his campaign the main thing that they have pushed is that he have experience and because he is a veteran, Just because your old that dont make you any wiser. It just mean that your older. I feel that Obama understands me as a person, McCain even though he tried to separate hisself from Pres. Bush, is still much like him. They may not stand on alot of the same things, but McCain do agree with alot of tatics that Bush have. America is always quick to fight then ask questions later. When you have a whole nation depending on you IMO you shouldnt handle things that way. If you think more rationally than that. Ok Obama want to raise taxes, its not like he plans on just sittin on that money, it will be put to a really good use. Would you rather taxes be low and no books in the schools or no jobs for us, or emergency funds for this country. The Rich look out for the rich, but who looks out for the poor or the less fortunate. McCain is going to make it that the rich man dont have to pay such a high percentage in their taxes and what for, we got people out here getting paid millions to do movies, music, etc. Why? these are the same people who can go to jail and come home and do whatever they was doing and still be sitting on money. If it was you or me we would go to jail and that would be the end of it fuck bail money, or getting bailed out. Overall though I dont think that McCain can represent me like Obama can. He could be the same color as his mother and it wont make a difference to me, Its what the candidate stand for. Google both candidates and get there views and maybe you’ll understand me. Maybe you wont….

Because he’s black? Because of his political stance & beliefs? Because he’s not an ‘old pale azz’ white dude?

As posted in another thread, Obama’s biological father is a Kenyan, and mother is a white. His father died when Obama was 2 yrs old. His mother remarried an Indonesian man and Obama attended school in Indonesia. Obama may be biologically, partially African American, but not raised African American. He’s more Indonesian American if anything.

Obama is a brilliant orator, but there isn’t a lot of substance behind what he says IMO. He’s been a senator for only 4 years. He has no track record. Sure, he has plans and stated goals, but how these will be accomplished is yet to be seen. Either way, he’ll raise taxes. He opposes offshore drilling. He’s a great PR man, and the US needs positive PR badly as the world view of this country has never been worse. That said, we need a lot more than positive PR. And, a president is only a good as his cabinet.

I’m not saying I’m with either candidate. Much too early to decide IMO. It’s ridiculous that there are only 2 major parties in this country. Independents try to run, but they don’t have the $, lobbyists, or the political clout to compete. Presidential candidates tell people what they want to hear. It’s a big marketing campaign. It’s all posturing and jockeying for position. When they get in office, they don’t have to follow through. What’s ridiculous about campaigns like ‘vote or die’ is people go out and vote for a superficial reason. If you’re not voting for McCain because the only chair McCain deserves to be in is a wheelchair, you’re on some ignorant shit. What Luda said is laughable. Ignorant as hell. But Luda is an entertainer. A rapper in it for the dough, record sales, and another ‘big ass house’. Got to keep it in perspective.

Fact of the matter is, Obama is a presidential candidate. He beat out the Clinton Machine. The significance of this is huge. Condoleezza Rice is Secretary of State. Colin Powell served on the Joint Chiefs of Staff. As for your statement that ‘WHITE AMERICA would hate to see a blackman at such a high rank in this country any minority for that matter’…it’s only getting better, not worse.
