[...] These two tracks from Louisville based hip hop group Nappy Roots recently leaked on to the internet, as the group prepares to release their third album on August 5th. Nappy Roots released an internet album last summer called Innerstate Music, but they’ve also been touring quite a bit and hanging out with the troops over in Iraq with John Stamos. It has been almost five years since the group’s last album, Wooden Leather, came out though, so I’m crossing my fingers and hoping that August 5th is the date I will finally get to hear The Humdinger.
