It saddens me that this dudes buzz isn’t at a level where it should be. I’ve dropped a few gems off his upcoming album, And I Love H.E.R., with each getting tons of love. Yet after the post I don’t hear talk. Bullshit! I hate when people complain about hip hop being dead, this and that. Yet they don’t big up good fuckin’ music. Yea I’m hostile right now and for good reason. My last talk with Danny! was quite depressing as he mentioned he’s losing interest in this project because of what I was talking about above. As an artist myself (in a different light) I know the feeling and it sucks. I really hope you guys check this self-produced track featuring Che Grand and purchase dude’s album when he drops it. Danny! makes great music but the only time I hear about him is on blogs. This is coming from a fan. I rep his music and pass it along to everyone I know. Honestly I just think he needs to some how allow himself to get in the public eye a little more than he is. Sadly marketing, photography doing interviews etc will get you love before your music does. its a battle to e upcoming artist when theres just so much out there if your not constantly hitting the public with your name your love can and will die out fast.
