Chi-town’s own DJ Wrek and O-Zone drop a brand new mixtape, hosted by The Cool Kids. Definitely something to pick up if your looking for a great mix of music from Chuck and Mikey. This has most of their hits as well as some new and unreleased material. Shouts to FSD where I shamelessly jacked this from. Note: The Cool Kids will be dropping their official mixtape, That’s Stupid, soon as well as their Bake Sale EP on May 20th! Check their new site, coolxkids.com.

  1. thanks for the link, a few new songs I haven’t heard on the tracklist but for the most part they have the same songs from previous releases (i.e. The Instant Classics Mixtape, Totally Flossed Out EP and the Collected and Compiled mixtpae ya’ll just put the link up for) but thats what it is, if its The Cool Kids i’m fuckin wit it.

  4. J.S. — yea it’s not a crazy amount of new material, etc. i just put it up so people can check it out. i know people who dig actual mixing, etc so it works for them.

    b.clipse — nah this isn’t their official mixtape. thats dropping soon, i believe in may? you know i’ll be posting it haha

Cool Kids are real sick…i love the old school vibe updated with a new school flow…I don’t know if you’ve heard a lot of the new talent coming out of la too..Blu is ill…Pacific Division is ill..this group called U-N-I, you could download their album for free online too, i had the link somewhere…and theres this group called The Antidotes that are pretty ill too..they’ve done a good amount of shows with a couple of these artists..I found their new EP on their myspace…check it…heres the link to download it..free of course
