Here is a shortened version of KRS-One’s Stop the Violence track. The full version will be featuring 55 emcees from all over (shouts to Torae, Sha, etc!). This one features Busta Rhymes, The Game, Red & Meth, David Banner, Rakaa (Iriscience), Talib Kweli & some more. Not sure how I feel about the high-hypocrisy that floods through this record as The Game, etc made their career off of violent talk, BUT I do appreciate and see what they are doing. High fives all around.

well, the game told me not to be violent, guess i won’t go shoot people…this is retarded…if it was as easy as a hip-hop song by a few real rappers and quite a few fake-ass ones, the shit would be solved already…there’s people out there with real problems and some that just don’t give a fuck…rap is entertainment…maybe occaisionally a positive message gets through and may affect someone’s life positively…for the most part, though, they don’t…good concept, but this song isn’t changing anything…being non-violent is never gonna be “cool” to violent people and those that need to defend themselves from those people

WHEN is the FULL version of “STOP THE VIOLENCE/SELF CONSTRUCTION” being released?!
The snippet was released in April, they said the full thing will shortly follow it. It’s been 3-4 months & there isn’t the slightest info on it!
