Organized Konfusion Demo (Circa 1989)

Before Pharoahe Monch released Desire; before he had the world screaming GET THE FUCK UP (while girls rubbed on their titties); he was a part of a group called Organized Konfusion with fellow Southside Queens native Prince Po. Originally called Simply II Positive, the group started out with Prince Po being the lone emcee while Monch beat-boxed (how lucky are we that he realized he could rhyme his ass off?). They released three albums spanning from 1991 to 1997. But in 1989 they we’re shopping a self-produced demo (with help from Paul C of course) to the masses. And this is what I’m presenting to you now … a rare gem for hip hop heads.
